I worked for Avid recently, running their Community Team. Prior to that I was their top Moderator and Customer Advocate for their Media Composer forums and social media sites. During those years, I created this website to help users understand the "version environments" on their computers. 

You'll find each version of MC listed below as a "series". Each of the series icons below shows you the newest version in that series.
